Virtual cleanroom training and education module. Move your cleanroom trainings out of the cleanroom into a normal office atmosphere. In the virtual world, various processes can be trained without contaminating or occupying the real cleanroom. An intro shows the basic handling of a VR system and guides the participant like in a tutorial what has to be done. The package includes the complete hardware as well as two training modules:
- Access
- MopUse

Access:
The access to a clean room is trained. The order of the dressing procedure is trained. In a given order with display of the next steps the entering of the cleanroom is trained practically. Subsequently, a dressing procedure is carried out without instructions. If all steps have been carried out correctly and consistently, the participant is given access to the clean room with simultaneous indication of successful completion. The personal data is stored and printed out in order to document the results for audit purposes.
The order and the procedure of the dressing procedure can be customized.
If desired, the layout of the lock can also be modified according to the real lock (however, additional costs are incurred here).

MopUse:
The handling of a mop during floor cleaning is trained. There are different modes to choose from. The participant can watch the complete process from the recording of a mop to the actual cleaning and the dropping of a mop in a video. In another mode, a given area is cleaned and the performance parameters necessary for efficiency and safety are recorded. Special attention is paid to the required time, the cleaned area, the wiping direction and the area performance. In the third mode, a short video sequence is displayed showing the basics of cleaning. An avatar then shows the ideal wiping pattern with a red thread that has to be wiped off. In the last step, the surface is wiped without the red thread and the two results are compared.
The data is also stored here and can be output via a printer.
The aim of the module is to prequalify employees, train wiping processes and increase efficiency.

III. maintenance, license and service fee (for the first 12 months)
Remote maintenance for possible software and hardware problems. The computer must have a functioning Internet connection. Support will also be provided by telephone in the event of a support problem.
