Astrohaube Micromesh "Plus" with cape

Micromesh is a warp knitted textile made of 100% Polyamide. In regard of hygiene it is very dense, very air-permeable and breathable. Humidity of skin gets through to the outside of the textile easily and vaporizes outside.

Micromeshensures a constant body temperature. Employees working in rooms of different temperatures highly appreciate the advantages of Micromesh. The head mustn’t heat up nor cool down too much when working in different climate rooms.  Micromesh helps preventing get a cold by its excellent climate management.

The Micromesh textile is extremely soft and very comfortable. A super soft rim elastic is hardly to feel, no pressure at all, it increases the well- feeling of the employee. The elastic is latex-free so that there will be no skin irritation.

Micromesh is a dense and closed knitted material. Contrary to nonvovens with loose threads pressed and glued by a special processing, the Micromesh textile is a clear mesh construction, no single threads coming off this textile’s surface by friction and no dandruff contamination will occur.

The Micromesh material is a polyamide 6.6 with a melting point of 220° Celsius. Therefore, Micromesh will not catch fire, it dissolves and vaporizes, not even drops of polyamide occur. There is no burning on the skin or human hair.
